Supply still exceeds demand in many segments of the market and buyers are being very picky. A trend that seems to be across all price ranges today is the fact that buyers don’t want to buy a property that needs updating or sprucing up. They will generally choose a property that is in move in condition even if it means paying more or giving up other features.
